Name of Post: Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer
Short Service Commissioned (Assessee) Officer: 400 posts

Age Limit: Candidate must not have attained 45 years of age as on 31-Dec-2015
Education Qualification: The applicant must have possess medical qualification included in
First/Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule , the applicant must have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/MCI. Post graduate degree/diploma posses . MD/MS/MCh/DM/DNB/DLO/DOMS/DA may also apply.
Note: Only those candidates who have completed their internship on or before 31-Mar-2015
APPLICATION FEE: The each Applicant can paid fee of Rs 200/. The requisite paid amount is to be paid at the end of the application submission through online payment (internet banking/credit card/debit card).
Note: No other payment mode not acceptable .

2. Click up on New Registration.
3.Before you Apply Online Read the Armed Medical Force Notification,Should read Instructions carefully .
4. Fill the application form with all the mandatery details.
5. After filling relevant data,once check the filled data submit the application form.
6. After submission of application form, take printout of the application form and send it as mentioned below address

Apply Online payment Applicant may follow the directions carefully and required self attested documents, scanned photos and signature upload.
- SSC Marks Certificate (class x) for age proof
- Permanent/Provisional Medical Registration Certificate.
- Internship Completion Certificate
- MBBS/Post Graduate Pass certificate
- Final MBBS (Pt 1 and 2) attempt certificate
- NCC Certificate for Reserve allot seats must have gradings C, B ,A
- Must One Self –Addressed Envelope 9X4 Inches with duly paste postage stamp for SPEED POST only.
SELECTION PROCESS:
- Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview.
